During Checkout you will see the total price-including taxes, shipping and handling charges- in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars after you've successfully placed your order. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Please reference estimated delivery date during checkout to determine when your order will arrive based upon your order time.

 
Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Strictly Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 
Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Based on the shipping method at the checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time of 2pm (EST), it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our warehouses on weekends or the following Canadian holidays:

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on Strictlyautoparts.ca, log into your buyer dashboard. You will need to sign in to access your account information. If you chose to checkout as a guest, you will receive your tracking information via email. Guest checkouts can choose to create an account using their email address tied to their order.
