Strictlyautoparts.ca Return Policy

Items that have been purchased from Strictly Auto Parts Marketplace, either online or at a Strictly Auto Parts’ retail location(s), can be returned or exchanged 30 days from the shipping or pick up date.

Mistaken Returns 

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item(s) when making a return. The correct item must be returned in it's original condition to receive a refund.

Strictly Auto Parts does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead disposes or recycles them when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the incorrect item to Strictly Auto Parts, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Strictly Auto Parts can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Strictly Auto Parts.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by Strictlyautoparts.ca and need to replace it with the same item, please contact us as soon as possible. Items that are fulfilled by Strictlyautoparts.ca can be returned or exchanged in store within 30 days of your delivery date.

Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. 

How Refunds Are Issued

We will provide a refund for your returned items via the same payment method you used to place your order. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your products back and finish inspecting the return. However, it may take five to ten days for the amount to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.

How to Return Items You Ordered

You can return items sold on Strictly Auto Parts within 30 days of the shipping or pick up date. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return. 

To return an item you ordered:

1. Log in to your Buyer's Dashboard*
2. Proceed to your order under the "Orders" tab
3. Select the specific order you would like to return and submit the return request. Once you have submitted the return request, please wait for your request to be authorized by the seller. 
4. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions for the return process.
5. Pack the item securely in the original product packaging. Once your item is received by the seller, it will be inspected and your refund will be issued accordingly. 


Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To ensure you receive the correct refund, do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. 

*If you checked out as a guest, please sign up for an account using the same email you used to place your order. You will receive an email to verify your account. After you have verified your account, you will be able to log in to your Buyer's Dashboard and submit a return request.
