Returns and Exchanges for Strictly Auto Parts Products

Standard Return & Exchange Policy 

 

General 30 Days Policy 

Only items that have been purchased directly from Strictly Auto Parts (excluding Strictly Auto Parts Marketplace products), either online or at a Strictly Auto Parts retail store, can be returned or exchanged to Strictly Auto Parts within 30 days from the purchase date or the date of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. 

 

Refund Policy 

All items must be returned in the original selling condition and packaging. Items purchased in stores may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment.Refund process may take 5-7 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded.Clearance products are considered as final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.Strictly Auto Parts reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. 

 

Exchange Policy 

An exchange is only eligible for certain items. Items can only be exchanged into different colour or size with the same price in the same style. 


Returns and Exchanges for Strictly Auto Parts’ Marketplace Products

If you are unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return or exchange your order depending on the seller’s policies. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Strictly Auto Parts’, some seller return policies may vary. 

 

You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the return and exchange tab on the product page. Click the seller’s name to go to the seller’s page. On this page you will find the seller’s return policy. 

 

Your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Strictly Auto Parts.
